Rates for Virtual Assistance and Consulting Services

Hourly and Per-Project Rates Available:
Rain and Company Inc. understands that every business need is unique and so are the needs of the business owner. With this in mind, we offer services at an hourly rate, in 1 hour increments, with a two hour minimum. Because Rain and Company is a business owner and not an employee, you never pay for lunch breaks, holidays, sick leave, or down time. 
 
Hourly rates are invoiced on the 1st and 15th of each month with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices must be reconciled in order for work to continue. Invoices will be sent via e-mail or fax at the client's request and are payable via VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments through PayPal.
 
Per project rates are invoiced at 50% upon client acceptance of total project cost estimate. The project will commence upon receipt of initial payment with the remaining balance due upon completion of work order. Final project will be turned over to the client upon receipt of balance due.
 
Retainer Rates:
Monthly retainers ensure ongoing support at a discounted rate. Retainer fees are required in full in advance of services, on the first of each month. Unused hours in any given month will not carry over to the next month. Rain and Company Inc. encourages clients who choose the retainer package to discuss with us how we can best help you utilize all hours purchased.
 
Urgent Jobs:
Clients needing emergency assistance at odd hours or in need of an unusually quick turnaround for  a particular project can depend on Rain and Company Inc. Projects that require work outside of our normal business hours, or on weekends or holidays are subject to an additional fee.
 
Additional Fees:
Rain and Company consultants/virtual assistants completes client projects from a professional home office fully stocked with all necessary technology and resources to help complete each project. However, some clients projects may accrue extra fees for such as printing paper, ink cartridges, stamps, envelopes, courier costs, long-distance charges (outside the US), travel time and expenses, unique software, and any office supplies specific to the client's needs. Clients will be advised of all additional fees outside of the contracted rate and in all cases we strive to provide you with high quality yet economical options.
 
Referrals:
We sincerely appreciate the word-of-mouth references of our satisfied clients to their acquaintances or colleagues. Clients whose referrals result in a secured contract with a new client will receive a 10% discount off their next invoice!
 
*Clients are required to sign a work agreement outlining the scope of work to be performed before the commencement of any project.
